“Harry, well we have finally arrived in Louisiana. It has been a trying three months. Luckily, I have some great in-laws so we were able to stay with a number of families.

During the move I came across this picture of Gladys Short. I do not remember seeing this on the Blog.

If anyone feels like visiting New Orleans then let us know. The State is celebrating the Battle of New Orleans where the British Redcoats we beaten by Andrew Jackson in 1815 !
