I thought you would like to know that Paul Chancellor the childrens father is close to the end of his life. He has suffered from a type pf dementia since he was around 50 culminating in his wife putting him into aged care about 10yrs ago. Julie had just flown in for a conference and we had made plans to get together this week and spend some family time but Jenny is driving to cathch a plane from Adelaide and Julie has gone to Tullamarine here in Melbourne to fly home 18hrs after she arrived. Im not sure wether to go to the funeral or not. If in doubt wait a while. His two grandchildren in Perth are with him as is Pru his wife. Another end to a chapter in my life. Will let you know when he has gone.
Sorry to hear that Pat, as you say another chapter. Are the children close to him? Again, as you say, there is no rush to decide on attending. Thinking you.
