Harry

Happy Christmas everyone.

Nice cards from everyone thanks, and one from Hazel thanks, also asking if our house move had gone well, and yes thanks it did; a frustratingly long wait courtesy of the purchasers, but worth it in the end.  Twenty plus chickens and three coops and runs, eighteen rabbits and nine hutches and runs, two people and no belongings sleeping on the bedroom floor on a “Lilo” (double of course) waiting for the contents to arrive went more or less like a dream.  We were poised to move three times or so, therefore our plans were honed.  Can’t plan for a flat battery in one of the “manandvan” vans though and the chickens going one way to the garage, and our main removers (who wont touch livestock) going the other.  We all joined up within half an hour in Wales so panic over.  Now been here for three months but only five weeks or so with a phone or online!  Good old Openreach, I for one would like to see a change in that arrangement.  For more on where we live and what our new life is about try click here.

Ian sent another attractive card thanks, and in passing mentioned a hope that Hazel might host another “do”, or perhaps someone else.  Sandie and I would love to host a meet at some point next year depending on everyone’s availability, so can I suggest that once Christmas is over, we put some thought into arranging a date?  Love to meet up again and have a good jaw.

Once again have a good Christmas, and our best wishes to you for a happy new year, and may next year be everything you hope for.  Harry and Sandie.
