Annie Maria was the first born child of Walter and Emily Jane entering the world on 21st September 1897. She died on 12th March 1921 in Kings Norton. The confusing fact is that she was known throughout her life (and beyond!) as Nancy.

I have a recollection that Nancy was not a well child, and she looks older than her years in this photo.
